Butch Paradis
I have watched this gentlemen's career for years and like the audiences he performs for I am impressed more with each passing year. You all may recall a great movie called "Master and Commander" .....as my friend Butch strives for even higher goals in 2012, in my book he has already reached the title of "Commanding Masters Champ". As for me...Im just thanking the good Lord I've never had to meet him on stage.
More about Butch:
Age 55. "I started weight training at the age of 10, typical beginning motivatian was seeing my 1st "Steve Reeves" movie. I crafted my 1st set of weights with a broomstick and clorox bottles filled with sand. At the age of 17 i joined the marine corps. I competed in the USMC's 1st powerlifting team from 1974 to 1976.
My 1st bodybuilding show was in 1987. I learned quite a bit from that show. In 1988 I opened Connecticut's 1st personal training studio. I went on to compete in over 30 shows, capturing a few titles such as my state title in 1994, and in 2011, I won the Mr America over 50 title!! With this title, I am officially retiring from competition, but I will never retire from bodybuilding. Hhhm, where have I heard that before, haha!

Caine Daugherty
Caine is an exceptional natural athlete. He is a Mapping Specialist for the U.S. Forest Service and recently won first place in the Pro Division of the 2011 ABFF Seattle/Tacoma Supernatural (Nov 11, 2011, Seattle, WA).
He plans to compete next in the 2012 ABFF Alaska State Championships (Anchorage, AK) March, 2012. Per Caine, he says " I have one of the more unique training programs out there. I work for the U.S. Forest Service and we’re lucky enough to have a small weight room on the compound. It’s an old storage room in the barn where we park our fire engines. It’s small, dusty, cold in the winter, scorching hot in the summer, and there’s not much to it. We have a squat rack, a couple of benches, dumbbells up to 100 lbs., plenty of free weights, and a few Swiss balls. It just proves that you don’t need fancy machines and brand new shiny equipment – instead it comes down to the attitude and intensity that you bring into your training day in and day out."

Zack Barnard
I've only met this young man a few times, the first thing I noticed was his confidence. He has perfected one of the most superb balanced physiques I've ever seen in the Natural Bodybuilding world. I strongly suggest you visit Zacks website to get an idea of how much this man has accomplished. He's a top notch trainer, a fantastic competitor and more importantly an All around good guy.

John Smith
I met John when he was 15 when he showed up to help out at an NPC show downtown in downtown Spokane. It only took a year for John to get the bug for “drug free” bodybuilding and 17 contests later, the proof is in the pictures. I was impressed with him his first contest and I am still impressed today. I'm proud to include this wonderful young man in my circle of friends. His intelligence, personality and drive should set an example for all young athletes coming behind him. There are no boundaries for John.
He’s just going to keep getting better. |

Craig Toth
In my 40 years involved in the physical culture I have come across very few Men that have impressed me as much as Craig, his power and presence on stage is a performance to behold, his honesty and integrity is as unshakable as those massive Quads. Im proud to call this man my friend and wish him many more years of success in "Drug free Bodybuilding".

Russ Testo
It was a high point in my bodybuilding career to finally meet this man. I watched his talent for years and marveled at his performance abilities. When we first met my opening question was, "Did you feel it when God touched you with his hands?", because a talent like that can only be sent by the Almighty himself. My respect for this man, not only as an entertainer, but as a God loving honest guy never waivers, just like his own walk with his Lord. Im so glad I had a chance to make this man my friend, I truly honor all his abilities.

Terry Baldwin
There are few words in any language that can adequately describe this Man. He is the personification of the "Natural Bodybuilder" and stands equally in strength in his "Walk with the Lord". I have felt blessed every day Ive been able to call this man my friend.
